My Founding Philosophy

Hi, I'm Tony Bonney, Managing Director and Head of Strategy of Grow On Purpose.

Everything we do comes from my personal philosophy... of using purpose to enable people and organisations to be the best version of themselves.  It results in people with meaningful personal lives creating connected teams that love their work, delivering amazing customer experiences and trust.  It also results in people living their best lives.

How do I know this?  I’ve been working at creating meaning and trust in the workplace and with customers since 1994.  But apart from that, knowing my purpose drivers of freedom to choose, love and trust (when I can use them well!) have aided me to live my best life; a feeling of self-determination that I’d love to gift to you as well.
